Excellent The service advisor that helped me out was really awesome! Told me all the services that were available to me, gave me more information about my vehicle, and made sure it was serviced as soon as possible.
professional, courteous and quick I visit this dealership often and have always been impressed with the service that they provide. A bit disappointed that they don't have the courtesy car loan while repair is being made. It was one of the reasons I bring both cars to the dealership
Thomas is like a friend. really awesome experience again with Thomas Lynch, my service rep. granted, i wasn't thrilled in spending $1800 on a new AC compressor for my car, but the experience is the same as a regular oil change service and a massive AC service like this one - exceptional!! Thomas really takes the time to make you feel like a friend or family member and I will no go anywhere else for my car service. Thank YOU Thomas!!!
Great and Very Communicative Customer Service Thomas was very thorough and found out that my car was not listed correctly within Infinity. He promptly resolved the Warranty issue and actually saved me money by not trying to charge me for work that was not necessary. He was very polite and informative when I came to pick up my car. As a single mom and not knowing a lot about cars, he made me feel very secure in the information that he provided me.
Extended warranty - repairs. Excellent service from Thomas. I received excellent customer service and care from Thomas. It was a very positive customer experience. The use of a loaner car while the repairs were being completed on my car was also appreciated.
Patient and helpful Lon was super patient explaining every little button and menu to me. To me and showing me tips and tricks. Now I can really make use of all my cars features!
Helpful helper My Mom and Dad had me meet with Lon because I'm the tech guy in the house lol. He didn't care that I couldn't even drive yet he treated me like I was the owner. Lon was a helpful helper, he taught me a lot of things I did not know about my car he's a great assistance!!!

Met all my needs I recentlypurchased a car from Camelback Infiniti and by far it is the best dealership I've worked with . Tanya assisted me during the process and was vey knowledgeable and patient.
