Pleased with the service. Thomas was knowledgeable and helpful. We called for an appointment early in the morning. He got us in the same day. We were given a loner car and had our repaired and serviced car the following day. He helped to make it an easy experience,

Returning customer review This is my 3rd lease with this dealership and I enjoy the service and relationship I have with the service department (Shelby Clark) as well as the support that I recieved from Lon who helped through the technology of my new car. Overall sales experience was smooth and hassle free.

Great Service The personal appointment with Lon to review my new car features was a great service and Lon is very helpful and knowledgeable. He took time to answer my questions and review the navigation and entertainment system in my new QX50. I really liked this service instead of a rushed review at the time of pick up. The dealership has been working hard to provide good customer service throughout the experience and I would recommend them if you are in the market for a new car.
Worth the second trip to the dealership Lon did an incredible job helping me understand all the functions of my car. Lon is extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He told me to call him if I needed anything. You just don't see this type of service anymore!
Great Experience My experience at Infiniti was perfect. I'm not a car guy and even less of a car buying guy. Honestly, it's usually one of my least favorite life experiences. Infiniti on Camelback changed everything. Every person was helpful, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with from Joel in sales to Polly and Michael in financing to Lon in aftercare. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Oh ya, I also love my Infiniti!!
Love this one even more Lon is awesome - he took extra time to answer my questions about my new car, and show me a ton of features I didn't even know my Q50 could do! What amazing customer service...I am very happy with my purchase...I continue to have nothing but good experiences with Infiniti on Camelback!
