Excellent Customer Service Overall it was a good experience. The service staff was very helpful and accommodated my needs, time schedules, and provided a loaner vehicle. Exceptional customer service Went in for an oil change and was immediately greeted by a gentlemen by the name of Shelby Clark and he promptly took in my vehicle in to get serviced (No Waiting) within 30 minutes, Shelby gave me a call on my phone and said my vehicle was ready, and when it came back it was fully washed and detailed. Couldnt have been happier. Shelby answered all of my questions with confidence and made me feel good about everything i was paying for.
Service Thomas was extremely helpful and I enjoy working with him. I will recommend everyone who has to do service work to work with him and to come to this location.
