Been here 3 times for the same problem and they still couldnt pinpoint why my vehicle was having a rough time stopping when I applied the brakes.
It was the worst experience in my life. I set Lyft ride on their website for a 19 miles distance because they provide Lyft ride for any distance below 20 miles. When I dropping off the car the representative told me Manager doesn't approve the ride because it is more than 15 miles distance. I was surprised because their website shows it's provided in 20 miles distance. After me getting angry and showing the website the manager approved the ride. It wasn't a good experience ,they treated me well before the purchase, but after came up with long story of why i couldn't get my vehicle back for four days, then i wanted my personal vehicle back(trade in ) so i could have a car to drive and said my very low mile vehicle that i traded in broke down , i know that was a lie because it never broke down and was in excellent maintained condition when i traded it in. they changed my two front tires for ones that were mismatched,,i purchased a high end used vehicle from them and t... read more
A lot of promises are made and not kept with this dealership. I had to return a 2nd time to get a decent job completed on the car. They scratched the paint and left product on the car. They also invoiced me when the first oil change was supposed to be free. The costs to try to get assistance and the number of calls needed is ridiculous. I would never suggest this "stealorship".
They didn't do anything to my vehicle. Gave it back to me untouched, unwashed, and not Sprayed with their "mandatory" protection spray.
I'd give a zero star if possible, manager kept jerking us around over price, Saud would go down since car we wanted had options listed online that were not true. Kept calling us, gave monthly payment he truly couldn't promise. Just bad experience
Was sold a bad truck that ended up having electrical problems and computer problems only having it less then a month and was told that they can't do anything about it and the warranty they gave us won't cover it With these problems happening in the month period means that these problems where already on the truck before we bought it and sold it anyways. Eventhough it was a used truck and was not an Infiniti vehicle they should of made sure it was a functioning vehicle before selling it
This dealership is a scam don't buy from here they are very dishonest people. I am a single mom i work 12 hour days 6 days a week. Had worked 11 days straight so i didn't check everything I should have due to being exhausted.The sales manager switched the purchase amount due to me having to come back the next day with my insurance card that they didn't even ask for.
