The service was very poor. They put a hole in my steel wheel and refused to fix it. The service manager was very rude.
Car was in for 2nd of two free oil change/tire rotations. Tire werent rotated and oil change took 4.5 hours. There was a leak in the front passenger side tire and no notice of such. The mileage on the work order was incorrect. Also no communication on the eta of the service. To add insult to injury the service rep was a national honoree. I hope this isnt the standard of service Infiniti wishes to uphold. Honestly disappointed. Wont be returning here service of any kind again.
Its still in the service department. Its been there 5 days with no resolutions.
Its running rough. Its hasnt broken down again yet. Ive had it 3 weeks and its been in the shop at least twice for over 12 days combined.
