I try to go to the location in Scottsdale because their service is far superior. Only go to this location for oil changes specifically, but every time I go the interactions I have are always rude and unwelcoming. For my 50,000 mile tuneup, the Camelback location stated they would need my car for 3 days and misquoted the price, wanting to charge an astronomical fee. Was able to book at the Scottsdale location the following day for a much cheaper price. Avoid the Camelback location at all cost :)

Someone put 50 miles on my car while waiting for 2 tires to be balanced
Stopped at the driveway, and brought into an office by the salesperson. I was asked for personal information and then left for several minutes. All this before even seeing the car I came to see.
The salesperson told me to come in just fill out the paperwork to get financed, even though I had told them that my credit score was low. But they insisted that they have plenty of programs that will help me build up my credit score, but that was not true at all.
After the service was completed, my car started making a new sound I had never heard before. Returned to have them fix the issue and the sound was still there. I dont want to keep bringing my car back for a problem that they cant or wont fix. I literally paid thousands of dollars for preventative maintenance only to have my car sound like its in worse condition.
They simply didn't keep their word when I purchased my car. I trusted them to do a couple of repairs and provide the service paperwork showing repairs to make the car resale ready. Left the car w/them an extra day to do these things and they failed to do them before the car was delivered. I would not have bought the car if they weren't going to fix the items, but I was assured they would. When I asked, I wasn't given an option to take it for inspection.They STAPLED the headliner AND a/c is warm.
I will never have my car serviced at this location!!!! I waited over 3 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. It was perfectly clear good service is not given to everyone! My car was rinsed off and never vacuumed. The person that attended to my vehicle should be ashamed of his behavior What, was the purpose of an appointment? Why, did I have to asked for my car to be cleaned, which did not occur. Sad, that Infinity employees can pick and choose, who should have their vehicle serviced
Unprofessional, unethical business practice will push warranty to cover for issues known on vehicles they sell to be covered under your cost instead of theirs.
