Im sorry to say that my experience at Camelback Hyundai service department was not what I expected. My vehicle was there longer than expected and was improperly inspected. I made several attempts to call with no callback with one adviser; another one was calling the wrong number. Lastly, the wrong mileage odometer has been entered incorrectly 116,555. It is currently 96,159; which makes me wonder what car they were serving.
The problem was not resolved. I ended up going elsewhere for the repair.
The worst service I've experienced in the 4 years I've been dealing with this location. They provided me with a car that was dirty and very obvious that it was in an accident prior to me picking it up. The car broke down on a highway in the middle of nowhere and I sat for almost 6 hours before I found someone to pick me up. One of the tow companies tried to scam.me out of $1180.00 before insulting me. On top of that, the Lyft driver tried to assault me.I barely received a discount. I should not

The Infiniti Camelback service has definitely gone downhill. My advisor that day, Michael did a bait and switch on cost of maintenance. He wouldn't recognize what was shown on the appointment notice and was going to charge me 3x the amount. The service done was not to what was stated per record. This dealership charges a shop charge repair order special fee which they said was automatically generated by a computer and accidentally overlooked by the service manager when I complained. They are crooked and greedy. I wont be returning to this dealership.
Typical car buying experience. Stated they had the best deal I come to see the car and it was sold the night prior but forgot to update the system. Car I settled on took 3 days to clean and be ready for me. I would look elsewhere next time.
