I would designate no stars if possible. I bought a home through ****** mortgage & moved into ***** **** *****. Inframark is the company who manages the HOA. They are by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. First, Inframark screwed up the filing of the CDD fee with the tax assessors office for many homeowners in my community. My mortgage company had to pay my CDD fee directly to them. Next, I was sent an assessment bill of $100 at the end of last year. I was told the fee was already paid. I'm very disappointed with this water company because they're abusing with the late charges. I got a $30 late fee charge for a bill of $66.32, so in percentage is almost a 50% late fee charge. I think that's not fair that they're charging this unavailable amount of money to customers because you're a few days late.

The district assesses a 15% penalty on any unpaid balance for any payment not received by the 25th of the month. Additionally, district also assesses a $20.00 delinquent letter fee when an account becomes delinquent. The $29.96 fees assessed were due to the $66.43 not being received by 2/25/26. A payment of $96.39 was received on 3/7/26 leaving a balance of $66.43 due... read more

This company was assigned by our HOA to Collect fire, water, and trash from our neighborhood. Their website is not user friendly. Everyone time you go to pay your bill you need a registration key to login.and pay.It is excessive. It like an 9-12 letter annd number combo. Everything is clink and pay nowadays but not this website. The fees when you fall behind are ridiculous. Because not everyone has gotten on to their ridiculous website after the abrupt change in our water provider they are raking in the fees. 25 per letter o... read more
