Since ***MUD#120 changed to Inframark , there have been soooo many water issues & not supervisor follow up. I had to call them when the water is gone or there’s water leaks in the area & I have submitted my first case after living 50 years in the area & still the supervisor BETSY didn’t have the decency to call me back after 7 months with the leak issue….. just sad how we are paying so high water taxes every year & they are just taking the pay check. This company uses unprofessional and aggressive tactics. I noticed an error on my bill where I was charged a disconnect fee but my services were never disconnected. The agent contacted the field department and sent someone to disconnect my service to justify the charge. I immediately called InfraMark and spoke to a supervisor who agreed to have the technician turn my services back on. The supervisor advised me that I would need to submit a payment by 5pm for $204. Mind you, I was tied up with the tech until 3:30 pm because h... read more

I’ve been living in ******* ***** subdivision since October 2020, I have made arrangements to pay HOA fees, however was u able to continue with the arrangements for number of reasons Covid and JOB loss, However I have Now borrowed Money to pay the past due debt and HOA has turned my filed over to the attorneys which are making unreasonable request, I don’t want to hire an attorney because I can’t afford it, I owe 3200 dollars and have borrowed it to pay , however the attorney office that works for the HOA is requesting 6500.... read more

Water rates are inconsistent. The water in our new development neighborhood tastes and smells like chemical dirt. There have been numerous occasions in the last two years where our whole neighborhood has yellow water. Inframark tells us it's sediment from new construction and to run our water until it clears - which in turn just makes our garbage water bills even higher. I've hated them since we started service with them - I missed one signature (mind you deposit was paid!!) on our setup paperwork and they shut off my water ... read more
