It appears that due to the account closure with your financial institution, check payments have been blocked. Worst utility company ever I see why they have 1.2 overall rating on ****** I wish I could give them no stars, we just moved into this house and these people came to pull my meter on a Friday afternoon! They left me and my family without water all weekend! I had to miss work and drive 1 hours and 15 minutes in traffic both ways to pay an outrageous bill of 280 dollars just to leave their office and get back home and still not have water, I was there this morning at 8:30 am it is now 8 minutes to 4pm as I'm writing this revie... read more

Out of the numerous communities that I've lived in infamark has to be one of the worst property management companies not only is it difficult to get anything done from our property manager Mr ****** but corporate office is just a joke you talk to one person they tell you one thing someone else or just something else it's been 7 months since I've been able to get a response to an issue that I'm having with our property manager, ***** ******she is unprofessional and incompetent to run a community the size of ours, she can be e... read more

Since ***MUD#120 changed to Inframark , there have been soooo many water issues & not supervisor follow up. I had to call them when the water is gone or there’s water leaks in the area & I have submitted my first case after living 50 years in the area & still the supervisor BETSY didn’t have the decency to call me back after 7 months with the leak issue….. just sad how we are paying so high water taxes every year & they are just taking the pay check.
