The experience was great I responded to a letter I received in the mail; Tiffany was the representative I spoke with and she was amazing. She worked quickly to get my application processed and approved she was able to give me the interest rate quoted in the letter and made sure she addressed all my concerns even giving me information I would have otherwise not received. Hats off.
