We have always liked this company and we're happy with the service. They recently went thru a period of changing technicians due to people leaving. Finally this week, Joshua Boyett called us on Thursday to say he was our new technician. He thoroughly brushed the pool and balanced our pool water. After being disappointed with two pool service companies, we switched to Integrity Pools. Our service tech, Terrance, has been outstanding in keeping the chemicals in our pool at the proper levels at all times as well as clean!! He is very professional and always takes the time to answer questions I might have. He is a joy to work with!! In addition, the staff at Integrity Pools has been wonderful to work with too!
I?ve tried several different pool cleaning services over the past 9 years, and each one was worse than the last. I hired Integrity Pools a couple of months ago, and finally I?m beyond thrilled!! Lorenzo, my pool tech, is the main reason for this. The INTEGRETY Pools stands on their Name as The company are very reliable as I have experience that if their Service Tech failed to perform their services not to par , they always send another to perform the Right job or repairs as I had experience both on Repairs & Service. I had Observed yesterday 5/23/2022 how Shawn trained the new Hired Service tech & He made sure that He was performing the correct Service according to my plan . Our pool was in terrible condition and Integrity Pools quickly fixed the problems and cleaned the pool water. Brandon C. work was above expectations with professionalism rarely seen these days. This guy is really great and my pool is up and going properly.

I used Integrity to perform a pool renovation, and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Even when an issue came up they were quick to resolve the problem. The entire process was very organized and I always new what was going to happen and when. I also had them maintain my pool for awhile to ensure my water chemicals stayed correct. Again that activity was performed as advertised and the pool looks great. I will use Integrity in the future if I need additional assistance.
