My pool was serviced by Josiah who always provided excellent work and customer service. His promotion within the company is well-deserved but he will be missed! Customer service has been top-notch at Integrity. During the recent storm (Feb 2021), I was concerned about how to winterize my pool and was able to to be walked through by video call with a service tech the steps that needed to be taken. Saved me endless worry and potential money in repairs!

This was my first experience with Integrity Pools, but I was impressed. Customer service, scheduling, and communication was BETTER than any pool company I've used previous. They had to come out and correct an issue caused by another pool repair company.... and what I thought was going to be a major issue to correct.. they were able to resolve quickly with very good work. I will DEFINITELY use them for my next pool repair needs.
Pool technician showed up as scheduled and performed cleaning maintenance as per contracted services.

Broken backwash pipe was repaired quickly. Garin was my main pool tech..very nice & courteous & did a fantastic job keeping the pool sparkling. Any time I contacted the company, they were quick to respond & resolve any issues.
Garen has been doing a terrific job on my pool. Courteous, meticulous and stays on top of any issues. The pool always looks sparkling and well kept. He is an asset to your company. I could not be more pleased with the work and communications.
Bryce was our technician, Jean was the scheduler for the work. BOTH did a spectacular job!! Initially, we had a little delay in our communications back and forth but once that was ironed out, we have had nothing but smooth sailing, professional help. Definitely will use them again and again as time goes on.
Matthew H is our tech and he is wonderful! He always notifies me prior to arrival, as requested. He is very conscientious and considerate, which is VERY appreciated! He does an amazing job ~ our pool has never looked better! We are very thankful for this company!
