Had a long wait. But was well taken care of once we got into the room.

We made a virtual appt. Waited an hour after the appt time then called and was told everyone had already left for the day. I never received a call, message through the app, or a call that I was going to have to reschedule. But I did reschedule with the after hours scheduler, I felt we were forgotten.
