Last week was our first time seeing Dr. Rafferty. My 3 year old daughter had some issues with her sinuses. Dr. Rafferty was very professional and easy to talk to. He made sure my 3 year old's questions were answered and was very patient with her throughout our visit. We were called back to our room early and seen by him promptly. The office was clean and staff was friendly. We will definitely be back to see him.

Making an appointment was VERY difficult and took almost 30 min. However, I still give them a 5. The lady on the phone was not a scheduler for peds and after several attempts to reach a peds scheduler, she made her best efforts to schedule my boys anyway. I wish I could remember her name because I really appreciated her going the extra mile. Office visit was fast, clean, and staff was very friendly. The doctor was great.
