Told doctor she has bad acne to face, chest and back. She didn’t look at chest or back. She didn’t make any suggestions or ask If she wanted a Rx option. Told doctor she has frequent nosebleeds to one nostril and her most recent nosebleed was last week. She didn’t look. She just mentioned that ENT could cauterize. Neither MA nor doctor asked when her LMP was. Mother had to mention it. Doctor only listened to one heart valve. Overall disappointed.
