dr visit was great however to get one was a hassle. I was told that we would receive a virtual visit the day i called or the next day. the day after i called i called back to follow up and the nurse told me unfortunately she didn't get the message and I wasn't the first one with the same issue

Don't call CPS. Ask questions and talk to your colleges before making a your own judgement. We felt targetted and/or racial targetted without knowing anything about medical background, just judged us. If your not the doctor that doesn't see one on a daily appointment, don't make false allegations. You have put my family through acute distress, we didn't need this in times like this, with the pandemic. We are good people!
