Felt very disappointed today of visiting this Urgent Care clinic Gave it two Stars only for the good front Desk service & cleanness of the facility, but: horrible waiting time & horrible care provider Went there to pull a cactus spine from my left Toe which is 30 Minutes of waiting inside the Exam Room after the Ultrasound test I decided to cancel my visit & go Home At Home with little help from my Son I was able to pull off that dam spine in about 5 Minutes Five Hours since then it looks & feels great Will never go back t...Ā read more
I felt I was not treated well at Wynn Intermountain Urgent Care. Pnone lines were not answered and when I dud get thru I was disconnected. Also encountered terrible communication between departments. I do not recommend it to anyone. All I can say is in December 2021 its a horrible place. It may have been better before now.Ā
Waited in the waiting room 1.5 hrs after checkin. Only two other patients there.Ā
My lab appointment took only five minutes but, waited 30 minutes to be called. Because of that I missed my pick up ride.Ā
On two different occasions now I've tried to submit requested paperwork for my doctor's appointment. Both times when I clicked on the link I was asked my date of birth and my name. Then a security screen pops up and wants me to confirm a zip code from a previous address. None of the choices are valid, but there is no choice for "none of the above." Either the paperwork is unimportant or this is a very careless attitude towards patient care. Either is unacceptable!Ā
I went in with my husband we both had 2 different reasons for going . They sent are prescriptions to 3 different pharmacies. I had to call them 3 times to get it corrected.Ā
