Wait time was over two hours. Doctor didn’t ask any questions and wasn’t involved in caring for my well being. Prescription was sent in a day late as well.

Representative said that he'd call me back to inform me of the appointment date and time.. He never did. I called back & discovered that an appointment had been scheduled. I WAS NEVER INFORMED.
He wanted to charge me a second time when I already paid for it and one of my test got a faults positive. So I had to go pay a different place to finally get the right results.

I came there very nervous but everyone made me so comfortable... They took very good care of me I recommend anyone to go there
Girl at front counter didn't listen to me. Also, I did full check in on line including pictures of my photo ID and Ins card yet I was asked for them AGAIN when I checked in. Why duplicate? Gave her my name and appointment time. She didn't listen and asked what my name was......then wanted to know why I was there. In a lobby of people I had to tell her diarrhea.........did not like that AT ALL. Was none of her business let alone those people in the lobby as well!
