Not sure why it took so long as I had an appointment and there wasn’t any other patient there. The staff was supposed to provide a list of information to me and never did.
The associates were very caring and understanding. They got me the treatment very quickly.
When i walked in around 1300 may or may not have been lunchtime, however there were three women who had apparently just been delivered lunch i waited by the window a pen to sign in, i had eye contact with one of the women who proceeded to take a bite of her sandwich, so not empathetic towards patients, and the doctor i was seen by came in and stayed all of three and a half minutes after me me waiting for almost an hour, i hope to never need to go back to that particular urgent care again although i wish them well.

I was very happy with everything and everyone until i got a phone call saying I was not a member of your insurance group and that they could not continue to serve me(very disappointed) . Especially since I changed pcp and Gastroenteroligest t for this very reason. Now I have to wait a month to see another pcp plus I got a bill from quick care that you send me to but don’t take my insurance and no one said a thing about it. Mr- Moreno told me I’ll get my results in 48 hr, a long with the operator who answered the phone....! I called in to get my results in 48hrs and I was told it could take 3-5 days, and it might even take as long as 11 days as the tests are sent to Utah...! I timed my trip based on 48 hrs turn around, so I had to take an emergency same day test elsewhere at a cost of $125 .... ! Very disappointed in your staff and service, never again, I’ll do business there, in fact I am going change my insurance at the next open enroll... read more

I came in close to closing for the night. Unfortunately listened to the staff talking about other stuff through the connecting door while I waited. Only one of 2 pts there and it took a bit of time just to get me a script. Left me less then 30 minutes to find a pharmacy.
