they had me go to wrong urgent care when i got there they sent me to Tropicana one and the nurse forgot about my iv and it ran out my husband shut it offÂ

I felt robbed, I payed $120 to see the doc for him to tell me he would have to order the std test and it would be very expensive. They could’ve told me that at the reception. He recommended me go to somewhere else before we even had a real conversation. I felt robbed.Â

Well my scooter turn over and landed on my shoulder and mu left hip so the nurse at the boulder crossing office set me up with appt for the next X-rays. And I see a Dr On the intermountain side first then I was taken over to desert radiology. (Best staff ever) so this you pwt help up onto the tableÂ

The doctor was nice and respectful and stitched me up and the nurse who cleaned the wound was nice and got me a snack that's why I didn't give one star but the front desk lady was horrendous and mean to me and disrespectful same with the blonde short haired nurse. While I told them I recently had brain surgery and im hard of hearing in one ear, while I was waiting in the room for the stitches I could hear them laughing and talking about me calling me stupid and because of that i will not come back to this hospital.Â

We were in there for 5 minutes for them to basically just check his ears and throat and then tell us they don’t know what’s going on and for us to just go to a hospital. So I’m getting billed hundreds of dollars for nothing! We were visiting Nevada and we ended up just calling our doctor back at home and over the phone he identified from what I explained and help us. It was pointless to come in and see your staff. They clearly don’t know what they’re doing!!!Â
