When I went in I told him what my problem was and I have been there before and they gave me a shot. But he had me take x rays and tried to set me up with physical therapy which I don't need for arthritis

I spent over 3 hours at urgent care. The Dr. finally came in and said x-ray results were not done so I could go. I asked what to do about my injury and he said "just go home." I asked about pain and swelling and he said "Do what you want, we will call tomorrow with results". I got no advise or help other than the nurse wrapping my arm. Then It took 2 days to get a call back with xray results. In addition, it was very difficult to understand the Dr.

Injured my left shoulder. Needed a x ray. Was sent to the Wynn Office because this office has x ray capabilities. Was diagnosed as" no broken bones" BEFORE THE X RAY WAS READ! GAVE ME A PRESCRIPTION FOR INFLAMMATION. I HAD to ASK for an arm sling. I was told MY doctor would have results that day. It is now Friday. My x ray was taken on Monday the 2nd of November. My appointment with my PCP was Tuesday November 3, 2020 TODAY FRIDAY NOV. 6TH I WAS TOLD I HAVE A FRACTURED COLLAR BONE!!!!!!! NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS OFFICE!!!!! ... read more
