Waited 2 1/2 hours in parking lot to get covid19 tested. Staff/nurses apologized, they had a few emergencies....on top of that said result in 3 1/2 to 5 days...my job has results in 15 minutes but could enter because of all symptoms
Waiting time was too long, and poor customer service.

I got right in for my Covid test. I needed a hard copy of results, requested it be emailed and was told I had to drive and pick up hard copy...*sigh* go figure in this day and age.
Poor at best. The Dr seemed more interested in moving me through and did a poor job communicating
My appointment was at 12:15pm but I didn't get to the back for Covid test til 1:30pm
The primary doctor was really not interested in patient care or listening to me and my concerns she was trying to pass off my pain as a muscle strain and not a kidney stone as I knew it probably was due to my symptoms and my wife being a nurse. I had to ask for a CT to be done. The Dr only wanted to do a urine test and nothing else. Once the CT was done it confirmed it was . It was Christmas Eve. My regular clinic shut. Went to the other side of town for help. The reception nurse was quite rude and unpleasant. The Doctor was the same way. If they acted like that at my regular clinic, I would find a new healthcare provider. Maybe they are upset, working Christmas Eve?

Waited 4 hours! A nightmare. Horrible communication getting an ultrasound which was 10 minutes. Just awful service
