Forgot I was in the room and left me sitting there for 45 minutes for no reason. Didn't give me any diagnosis. Just a prescription and a couple shots.

The women that did my vitals in the intake room and took me to the exam room on 10/23/2020 at around 9:40 was super sweet! I’ve been in pain for 3 weeks and it’s rare to encounter someone in healthcare that is nice to you and listens! I had no wait time after I checked in. Even waiting for the results after my urine was collected was quick. When I first got sharp pains in my pelvic region early July I went to an urgent care in Henderson and I spent HOURS UPON HOURS there even though the place was empty. Staff was great but I PERSONALLY feel that there should be a less invasive way to conduct the COVID test. It was painful and shouldn’t be required to work if this is the only way to get Positive/Negative tests. There are other forms I know to conduct the test that isn’t painful.
I was treated for a sore on my leg that wasn't healing and was told by the doctor that it was infected and I needed to see someone for wound care. I was told that an appointment would be set up for me and I would be contacted with the information but it has been several days and I haven't heard anything.
Going in for the test they were great . But trying to get the results was crazy 4 phone calls over 3 Days, one lady made it sound like they lost my test . Was told for 2 Days someone would call me and that did not happen. Finely on Thursday I called in the morning nothing was told I would receive a call no call again. Great but still waiting for test tesults
Going to the urgent care was a total waste of my time. I was having problems breathing and he gave me a shot of Prednisone and a prescription for an anti-biotic. I didn't need any of that. I wanted a prescription for an stronger in=haler. He wasn't listening to me.
