Used to be nice but their exorbitant prices are ridiculous and we will not be going back!

It’s too crowded and extremely noisy! We were there 4/30. It was my first visit to Iron Mountain Hot Springs and I was very excited to sit next to the river, relax, and soak in the pools. We had a very difficult time getting our reservations online. I kept getting error messages. My husband was finally able to get our reservation made after multiple attempts. I have been visiting here for several years and recently moved to the area. The service has gone down hill over the last 2 years with the ever popular pandemic excuse from higher rates, less time allowed, no longer giving military/ veterans discounts etc. This last visit there was NO hot water in the shower with no warnings or explanations period. Could be a nice place again if they get their act together!

customer service immediately judges their customers and does not help them at all. very disappointing because I was a fan of iron mountain before this day. couldn't believe that I was immediately judged just because other people took advantage of iron mountain. I wanted so bad for my family to try it here. never will recommend this place to anyone.

Not very helpful, I needed to see how the pool set up to make sure it was walkable and was told No, I could not go 20 feet down the hall to look, as everyone was being counted, whatever that means.
