I was disappointed. It was so packed we could not find a hot spring pool that wasn’t crowded and we were there on a wednesday. I cant imagine how it is on a weekend 😳 The water didnt look clean and it was pretty loud in my opinion because its right on I-70
As locals, we used to love this place and would bring all of our out-of-town guests here, but word to the wise: do not keep your personal belongings in the lockers. I was very disturbed to find my locker, and every surrounding locker, unlocked and wide open in the middle of a crowded room. The staff informed me that they unlock the lockers themselves when it is close to closing time (I was in the locker room at 9:50PM). My engagement ring is now gone and the management was apathetic and unapologetic.
