This was the worst day of my life. We were there for 15 min with 14 people and was asked to leave because we were to loud . We weren't doing anything but talking but we had a lot of people so of course we were louder then most but omg.. we were asked to leave so 14 of us got our money back and left

I love the new Hot Springs in Glenwood but there is a huge issue there. They have shade until the breeze starts blowing. Then they close all the shade awnings over the few hot pools that they have them over. That is a huge issue for a lot of people. You guys should really think that one over. Get better sun awnings that can stand up to the wind we have here in Colorado. Also we didn't have wind yesterday, we had a slight breeze. RecommendedFirst visit there. The staff did not seem to be to knowledgeable or enough of them working for busy holiday weekend. Person was hurt by wind gust in adult section so lifeguard left his post in family section to investigate what happened. Even thought there were plenty of other staff attending to the injured guest. He did not come back for at least 30 min. No one watching family pool all that time. Staff needs better training
Everything was great overall. A slight issue with the food but other than that it was good.
Most of the pools were dirty and had small white things floating in them... it looked like dead skin. Which makes me think they aren't filtering the pools properly and/or there's something wrong with the water flow. My throat started hurting after I left and now my voice is mostly gone. I don't have a cold and I don't have tonsils that can swell... my fiancé is also sick, since he was there with me.
Was not as good as the brochure looks like :/ smells like eggs as well

Went up as a family last Thanksgiving and my 4 and 5yo had a great time. With the small hot springs pools, larger pool and jetted hot"tub" they were able access all of the pools. They continuously ask to go back! Was VERY kid friendly for our family. Much better and highly recommended over the other hot springs pool (bath tub).
