Despite requiring reservations there was no social distancing, pools were standing room only, empty drink cups everywhere and more of a party atmosphere instead of a relaxing experience

Feeling very discouraged: I’ve been trying to make an online reservation since 10:12am. Here it is 11:10am and still no reservation. I input my gift card, it tell me the amount available so it must register the card but will not finalize the reservation. It just gives an error message. I have checked the gift card number multiple times with the same result. The website says to call if you receive this message more than once. due to covid u only get a 2hour block. which goes by fast and there still is alot of people. if they are going to put a 2 hour block then they need to make sure there is room for everyone to use all the pools in time. also depending on where u are coming from. a 3 hour drive one way is not worth a 2 hour block

RecommendedJust wanted to relax some sore muscles from traveling and spending the day at Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park. We picked a time knowing we'd be there at sunset. Made sure to be in one of the river front pools to watch it. SO BEAUTIFUL! I went with my teenage daughter and her friend. We all loved relaxing.

RecommendedWe just stopped for the night in Glenwood Springs for the night before continuing our road trip. Our waitress recommended Iron Mountain. Iron Mountain will be the reason I come back to Glenwood Springs. It was great!

RecommendedWe go here at least once or twice a year! We love the calm zen music and the variety of pools. we also like that its more adult oriented. We would totally recommend!! Wonderful facility!!

RecommendedWent first thing on a Thursday and there were more pools than people. I would recommend an early weekday visit. Don't be like me and forget to buy a towel on the way in! 🤣
