Good hotel, GREAT food, the bed was way too hard Very nice hotel & hotel staff. WONDERFUL food at both the buffet & the Lone Wolf Café. Only complaint is that the bed was REALLY hard & I wasn't able to sleep for much of the night.

Heavy smoke smell throughout hotel. Although it was supposed to be non-smoking, many people were still smoking in non-designated areas. Some staff were extremely friendly, others were obviously having bad days. Non-guests were able to get into the pool area and use the pool and hot tub without a room key. For the hotel being so close to the water and amusement park I would have thought it would have been more updated and kid friendly. Staff at the breakfast place was the only downside, not very friendly or welcoming and my daughter's bed had hair on it.
This casino really has to get their act together when it comes to morning coffee. It's the only place I have stayed that doesn't have either coffee in the room or a place to grab coffee quickly in the morning,. especially if you leave before 8 when the casino floor opens up. They give you coffee coupons to take to their Simply Yummy store... And in the mornings they only have one person working and the whole process goes incredibly slow. Our room was very good but we had to clean out dressers drawers and food from the Fridge. from the last guest/ No one addressed this issue. Just said thank you for bringing it to the front desk/ Do not have enought handicap parking
There was mold on our ceiling, and the ants were terrible, they were all over the place. The staff was suppose to scan my rewards card so I would get points for my stay and they did not even do that for me! Won’t ever stay there again!
