Fitness center was a joke with only a recumbent bike and elliptical, with nothing to clean any of the machines. Beds were uncomfortable, coffee shop didn’t open until 7am, one of the restaurants was closed the entire time we were there, but it was a place to sleep.

You walk through a wall of cigarette smoke to get in the doors and the whole place stinks of smoke even the 6th floor. Shower had black mold in all of the corners and zero exhaust fan in the bathroom. There is zero housekeeping, no new towels, no refill of toilet paper and no trash removed. Would NOT recommend.

The entire hotel smelled like the casino, even on the upper floors. When I checked in, I noticed that there was hair on the bed, so I went back down to the front desk and they gave me a new room. I didn’t check the bed in the second room until I was ready to go to bed. Big mistake. There was even more hair on the blanket under the top sheet on this bed. Staff was unresponsive to questions in expedia app. Very far parking for accessible options and no help finding parking when we arrived. Fingernails, as in fake USED nails, had been left all over the bathroom floor. Restaurant was overpriced and mediocre. Wouldn't stay again.

My pillow had blood on it. I found this after sleeping all night. I know it wasn't mine because I put 2 pillows on the floor.

Smelled like straight smoke everywhere. Rooms were dirty I wanted to leave the second I got there.

Reservations were not honored as originally scheduled upon arrival. Room's bath room had leftover hair left on towel hooks and toothpaste spit on sink faucets. The entire lobby area stinks. I was provided with two coffee cards at check-in; did not know I was eligible for more cards until the last day of stay, when the weekend barista told me I didn't need to pay for the coffee if I was a guest.
