Housekeeping banging loud around our room not being professional listening to music buds in their ears so they couldn't hear you tell them anything and probably is the reason the idiots couldn't figure out they were pizzing people off that were trying to sleep!

Rooms were dated,shower door ,at the bottom looked like black mold,stains on comforter and pillows,furniture looked like a bad garage sale.

I booked this property and paid through Expedia. When I arrived they told me that they overbooked and didn’t have my room. I felt the staff member was less than apologetic. Overall, terrible experience. We had driven 3 hours to get there.

The Isle Casino hotel was lovely, and I will definitely stay again when in the area. The problem was Hotels.com took my points, took my money from credit card, then didn't communicate the reservation to the hotel. And there was no one to call to get it straightened out. So I paid myself. Last roundup for me and Hotels.com.

The hotel rooms could use refurbishing, they are outdated and worn. The location worked well for me while in town. The staff were great and very helpful. I stayed 3 nights and never received an option to have my room cleaned, I had to empty my own garbage. The Brew Brothers restaurant was good.

staff was very friendly. we stayed for 1 night.. comfortable beds, rooms at spacious. there was a dirty pair of pants and underwear left in the dresser.
