iTrust customer service and security… iTrust customer service and security has been outstanding. Most recently I requested an early withdrawal from my IRA and went through a multiple step verification process including a video conference with Chris Lee who was professional and courteous throughout as he went through their process of confirming my ID and withdrawal details.
