Great customer service on asset transfer in. They are quick to answer questions via email. All client replies were personalized and to the point and not a canned response like competitive brokers send out. More crypto choices are needed, stop and limit orders are needed badly. On the surface, the 1% trade commission on cryptos sounds fine, but in practice it is way too much just to execute a trade. The larger the account gets, these % fees could be massive. I like that it was easy and quick to transfer my money to Itrust IRA. I felt that there should be a larger list of crypto to invest in.

Overall a good, solid experience with Itrustcapital thus far. Keep the communication on updates, site enhancements and other news coming to keep clients happy. Don’t be afraid to solicit feedback on site feature enhancements/wishlists.
I definitely love the platform compared to what equity trust offers for IRA. the fees are very reasonable compared to other IRAs. Couple of reasons I stayed away from giving a 5 are 1) Platform interface can been improved a lot when you are claiming to be wanting to be the best. 2)I would like a limit order & stop loss feature added which are essential for crypto traders. Overall I am a satisfied customer so far. But I hope they build on what they have platform wise and also the offerings.

Setup was easy, responses to email questions have been timely, and site is clean and easy to use. Exactly what I was looking for to be able to include gold, silver, and cryptocurrencies in my IRA and Roth IRA accounts.
