I rolled over my self directed IRA to iTrustcapital with ease. ITrust took care of the rollover for me. Additionally I am up over 30% in my cryptocurrency portfolio.

Easy to work with. Fast transaction time. To be able to have cryptos in a ROTH is so advantageous in terms of taxation. Big gains with no tax implications. Only thing I would change is to have more ALT crypto choices. But, they have added a few in the last 6 months.
Via computer, Easy to navigate site, but need upgrade to automated online help. Also need faster response times via email. Waiting a week is crazy. Would be nice to earn staking rewards on cryptos and having a stable coin to earn interest would be great. The IOS app looks great
I can honestly say that my experience with iTrustCapital's Support was every bit of 5 stars and with Danielle in particular. She has been very responsive throughout the IRA setup process, despite the frustrations with T.RowePrice and their slowness to transfer my funds, while losing 1000's in crypto profits. I was trying to setup a CryptoIRA with another Provider and could never get them to respond or attend scheduled meetings. My experience with iTrust is 180degrees different!

I've been using iTrust Capital for a few months now and I can confidently say this is a fantastic Cryptocurrency focused IRA. I was able to rollover various IRAs and 401K all within 2-3 business days. If I had any questions or worries especially when transferring larger sums of money client service specialist Danielle was able to assist me.
