ITrust Capital was on it and responsive during the roll over process. My precious custodian was a pain, but I persisted. Improve dashboard to include graphs on holdings by various timeframe , cost, daily gain/loss, total gain/loss, % gain/loss, total portfolio value by month, year.
So far a very positive experience. Good website. Funding was reasonable but a little slow. Fees are reasonable and better than others. Unlimited trading is a great feature. Most of the popular coins are available. However, a bit of a limited selection of others. Making a trade usually takes only 2-3 minutes. They do limit you to one trade at a time. No alerts or preprogrammed sell or buy orders are possible. Fees are markedly lower than some competitors.
Very easy to set up. I like that you can schedule a phone call and speak with someone pretty quickly. They are super nice and informative. If you're into crypto, you need an iTrustCapital IRA.

We had a seamless experience transitioning our Traditional IRAs into a Roth, and of course, buying crypto. Much easier than forming an LLC like our last custodian recommended. We did experience 3 to 4 day turnaround response time to email or phone calls. But did receive email notifications when they received our paperwork or transfers had occurred. It was comforting knowing that things were happening behind the scenes on our behalf even though we could not reach a company representative in real time.
