Very easy to navigate Very easy to navigate. Purchase of precious metals was easy. IMO, this is a much better way to add physical gold to your portfolio. Other gold IRA sites charge storage fees which add up over time.

Customer service - Nadia - excellent My customer service professional was Nadia and she was terrific. During the hectic time when the custodian was being changed she was still able to help me perform a Roth conversion.
