Great customer service I worked with Chris at iTrust with a distribution. He did a great job keeping me informed and speeding through the process. I have been with iTrust since 2021. Been trying to transfer assets to… Been trying to transfer assets to itrustcapital from another custodian for weeks now. I just keep going in circles with their support team about paperwork. I upload something, their system deletes it by accident and they ask me to upload it again. They say electronic signatures doesn't work then I confirm with the transfer custodian it does. Then they tell me some other fields are not filled out on the form when they clearly are filled out on the form. What a mess, Im ready to give up on th... read more

In December, it looks like you submitted a request with the incorrect account type. After that, our team attempted to let you know that submitting another form with missing information was ill-advised, but you asked that we proceed, which led to further issues.
