A Few Bumps Getting Started, Then Smooth Sailing Had a minor issue during application, 3 requests for support, all unanswered for days. Slow funding of account after bank withdrawal (6 days). Had me nervous. Once able to get down to business, site is easy to use and very clear info.

Creation of IRA; communication Application for and creation of my IRA was relatively simple, website is mostly friendly to navigate. When I had a question and used the communication portal to ask it, I never got a response. Balancing the positives of easy creation and relatively easy use, with unresponsiveness to a simple question, I get a score of 2.5 out of 5 which I've rounded to 3.

Great customer service The customer service I received from Trent was great. I had a very difficult time rolling over funds from my old account, but he was very responsive whenever I sent him emails and made sure to call me back to have an actual conversation. He eventually helped me figure out how to finish my transfer and was very patient and personable throughout the whole ordeal. So far so good using ITrustCapital.
