SImple & Easy to Use Had some delays in getting account set up but it has been smooth sailing since. Very simple to use. Good selection of coins to choose from. No technical data on coins, so you have to find that information elsewhere.

If ITrust had phone support instead of… If ITrust had phone support instead of having to wait weeks to get a call back, I would give it a 5 star. It takes a long to setup an account transfer. But overall, I'm very satisfied.

Thanks to Danielle and Calvin Well I have to admit I was a little worried at first. After an initial successful online account setup and login, I was unable to log in subsequent attempts. A big shout out to Calvin for continuous support and determination to reach resolution (which he did!). Likewise, my initial request for transfer stalled for a week and appeared to be going nowhere.
