The iTrust team working with me, headed by Jimmy Herrera, were outstanding. They made the whole process easy and seamless. I have loved the customer service so… I have loved the customer service so far. Really great! Very responsive. Thank you! Only a few negatives.... I didn't love the fact that I had to use a separate email to create a traditional IRA. (I already had a Roth with iTrust) Also, I would have loved to have seen more options to choose from, like Vechain. But maybe that's coming! (I know you're still new) And lastly, but perhaps most importantly, I'd really like to stake my DOT, Tezos, and ADA, even while it's in my iTrust account. ... read more
