For being an early innovator with… For being an early innovator with respect to cryptocurrency and precious metals IRA investments, iTrust lacks in technology related to transferring funds- still using archaic wire transfers and checks via snail mail. Pricing in real-time data could be more updated. Still waiting on interest and staking capability of certain crypto assets. Security and safety seems excellent so far, however.
Really Good, still needs some Improvements Would be nice to have an easier way to Fund it. Really be nice to Direct transfer crypto. Took a bit of a loss from the time I cashed out crypto and got it deposited to my IRA. Heard staking is coming. Hope that's true.

Crypto IRA Tax free profits with crypto holdings. What could be better? Also offers traditional holdings of silver and gold, for diversification.
Ok site Via computer, Easy to navigate site, but need upgrade to automated online help. Also need faster response times via email. Waiting a week is crazy. Would be nice to earn staking rewards on cryptos and having a stable coin to earn interest would be great. The IOS app looks great

When your retirement is on the line go with iTrust I can honestly say that my experience with iTrustCapital's Support was every bit of 5 stars and with Danielle in particular. She has been very responsive throughout the IRA setup process, despite the frustrations with T.RowePrice and their slowness to transfer my funds, while losing 1000's in crypto profits. Fantastic Crypto IRA! I've been using iTrust Capital for a few months now and I can confidently say this is a fantastic Cryptocurrency focused IRA. I was able to rollover various IRAs and 401K all within 2-3 business days. If I had any questions or worries especially when transferring larger sums of money client service specialist Danielle was able to assist me.
