great service great service. they have worked hard to add to their customer service and it shows. they are also planning on a major upgrade to their platform that will resolve most of my current smaller issues, which will lead to a 5 star rating at that time ( issues getting solved include: depositing through ACH, staking capability, merging accounts so Roth and traditional ira for one customer can be one account and not two, etc)
