My transaction was easy My transaction was easy! I rolled over a Roth IRA and the process was simple and I felt in control the entire time. My IRA had to mail me the check which I forwarded to iTrust's bank. Once the check went through a mandatory 7 day hold, it was available for me to use!

BTC purchases are made directly by the customer on the portal through their exchange connection and the price is finalized real-time; the transaction is finalized the next business day.

Very simple to open Very simple to open. Had a couple questions going into it but all were answered quickly. I did have some issues with signing up due to an IT issue on their end, but talked to the nicest IT person who fixed it for me and communicated quickly to get it resolved!
