I decided to go with iTrust after… I decided to go with iTrust after reading a review that stated they had more reasonable fees than others, for their self-directed IRA setup, monthly fees, and transaction fees. I was satisfied with setup, but the "dashboard" is of limited use--doesn't allow any analysis, setting any triggers for buys/sells, etc. Fees for gold/silver seem excessive--but maybe that's the norm.

iTrustCapital made the processes very easy. iTrustCapital made it very easy to set up a new account. So easy that I took it a step further and transferred my SDIRA ROTH account from another custodian to iTrustCapital! Highly recommend.
I like that this product is available… Could be better I like that this product is available and I believe in its future. Setting up the account wasn't the easiest process especially with not being able to readily talk to people at iTrustCapital. There is no online chat option other than a bot that can't answer anything beyond what's in the self help Q&A and you have to make an appointment a week or two out to talk to a representative. Funding the account is not an easy or quick process either.

Fast Transfer. itrust Capital is a company that is on the rise. The transfer was easy and fast. Felipe was helpful with the process and stayed on top of the transfer paperwork. I would have given them a 5 star rating, but I have been waiting for over a week on a return email from Nikko in the Tech department with a problem I had. Overall a positive experience.
I have had good results with iTrust I have had good results with iTrust. Everything has gone smoothly so far. My IRA has grown so much faster than it did in the stock market.
