Your people could have been more… Your people could have been more helpful. The lady that helped me did pretty good, but you definitely need a lot of hand holding when you are sending thousands of dollars over. It takes too long to send. You need to lower your cost of $29 per month. No other IRA's charge that much. That's what detoured me for the longest time.

We do everything we can to help our client move funds, but much of the work is done by the previous custodian and out of our control.
