I am very grateful for iTrustCapital I am very grateful for iTrustCapital. I converted my 401K to a SEP then to a ROTH and moved 95% to ITC in 2020. The platform and mobile app is good. However, the time it takes to wire funds and have access in my account needs vast improvement. Maybe that is the reason for DeFi? Customer service when you can speak to someone is very solid. They may have been slammed with increased demand so it seemed difficult to keep up with the customer growth. All in all I would highly recommend ITC.

Top notch service Top notch service! I was extremely hesitant to take the jump to move my rollover IRA to iTrust. I did a lot of research on U.S. based companies and they were by far the best. The customer service was top notch and their onboarding team was extremely responsive - initially over the phone and then through email - helping to guide me on the transfer process. Couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Highly recommend!
