I believe you can rate a Company by how they treat their customers and with iTrust Capital I have no complaints.
Rolled over a Roth IRA smoothly… The process was smooth and the customer service was excellent, not something I can say with my previous retirement providers. The website is simple and intuitive. They get down to business and their is no upwelling.
You still have work to do You still have work to do. An app would be nice, showing gains and losses on the portfolio view, and you have to find a way to allow users to stake their holdings.

Generally speaking Generally speaking, good. Provides needed service not readily available. Just wish there were more coins offered, the ability to stake and a mobile app would be nice. I do find the reports pretty useless. I would like to see a dashboard that show cost basis, current position / balance, amount held and performance per coin and overall. To get that today, it's a chore. Overall happy but there is a LOT of room for improvements.
