Itrust Capitol has provided exceptional… Itrust Capitol has provided exceptional work in moving 401k funds to a conventional IRA and establishing a Roth IRA for me. I have wanted to invest in precious metals for years (and more recently in crypto) but my 401k didn't provide those options. Any questions I have are answered quickly and professionally by the Itrust staff and fees are less then those paid in the 401k (which are often hard to determine without a deep dive into 401k information)
Easy. Straight forward. Future of Finance. iTrust did a great job simplifying the process of setting up an account. Their continuous process updates helped me remember my next steps and I didn't feel like I was being pushed into anything. Also, I like how the website is easy to use and is very clear showing everything I need on one page. I would recommend everyone use iTrust, especially now that the financial world is all going digital using cryptos.

Hard to "trust" after this... Scheduled a phone call appointment. Waited and waited and no phone call at assigned time. I replied back to email with appointment 2x as I was waiting around. The day after, got an email with links to questions I posed when I set up appointment and a voice message with rushed attempt to answer questions. Very slow and inefficient I rolled over funds from other institution, its been 14 business days since it cleared there, still not showing up in the itrust account. It is hard to reach a human, they dont have contact numbers. Disappointed...

That said, after further review of your account, we see your previous custodian mailed a check through the regular mail. We have no control over when USPS will deliver mail. USPS is currently known for extended delivery times.
Wires should post the same day Wires should post the same day. It is ironic that they provide the opportunity to invest in currencies that will provide very fast transactions and it takes 2 to 3 days to process a wire transfer from a reputable place like Etrade.
Why I trust iTrust! Every person that I talked to or emailed with iTrust was very patient with me (a Crypto Newbie) and took the time to explain things to me and helped me understand what I needed to do and why. Having an IRA is no longer a barrier to entering the world of crypto currency.
OK, remember to allow enough time to get it funded. OK, so I have been in the system for a few months now, I initially rolled a traditional 401K over with about 23,000.00 to see the process, and of course with ADP you need to time your transfer, it took 1 week to get the roll over and put it in the mail, with cert, and tracking #. then it took 1 week to receive it and a week to hold and process and fund the account. then when the market was ready to fall I rolled the second , 1 week to get it and send it again , received on ... read more
