The quality of service, dining experience, and food are always consistent and go beyond expectation. We went for our anniversary and requested a booth that was on the quieter side. There was not one available but within a few minutes after we were seated in a half-booth the manager came to our table and moved us to a booth that had become available. It was totally unexpected but an example of the hospitality and “making things right “. The manager and waitstaff were very welcoming and accommodating.
J Prime Steakhouse in Austin was a fabulous experience. The food was more than excellent, as was the wait staff. Do yourself a favor and experience this place for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

J Prime is our favorite place to celebrate! We were there to celebrate our anniversary and it was a worthy experience. The service was amazing, as always! The food is second to none. We appreciate how they always make us feel special. They will spoil you! True excellence!!
Our MN table of 8 had a delightful time as we celebrated our accomplishments. Chris our server gave us exceptional service as did all those that served us. We were blown away with the cakes and balloon. I appreciated all that you did to make me look good since I picked out this restaurant!
The wagu sampler was amazing and a good value. Just perfect for two people.

My family and I had a great experience at J Prime. The food and ambience were excellent! We especially appreciate the great service from Mason who took care of our table that evening. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu, and made great recommendations for us. Five star service and our favorite dinner while visiting with family in Austin!
Went for our wedding anniversary and they made us feel special. Service was absolutely outstanding.
