A great ending to our girls trip! Food was outstanding!! Our sever Link was amazing! Link was polite and made us feel at home. He’s an asset to the place. We were celebrating birthdays & we received the biggest most delicious slice of cake I’ve ever had! If you’re looking for a fantastic meal this is the place! 10 out of 10 recommend!
If I could give a sixth star, I would. The food was perfect, best salmon I’ve ever had. But the service was even better. Every need was met before we even knew we had it. Most importantly, we took our young kids, who aren’t always welcome at steakhouses. Here, everyone went out of their way for us, just because. An absolutely outstanding experience. My partner and I had the Wagyu sampler and despite the heavy price tag, we both thought it was worth every penny. I look forward to come back here on a special occasion.

I had wonderful experience dining at J-Prime for my birthday. The service was exceptional and the manager and my server Gabby went above and beyond to make the night special and enjoyable.

I had a bad experience worth a 1 Star but the GM, Miguel, actually reached out and we had a good conversation where I gave him my feedback and he genuinely listened without being defensive or making excuses. In addition, he ensured that I felt satisfied with J Primes level of commitment in making it right. I appreciated both gestures - and intend to go back for another try as the food was great even if the previous experience wasn’t. Regardless, I commend Miguel and JPrimes commitment to customer service.
The food and atmosphere was amazing as always. Our server was absolutely incredible. So friendly, professional and just an all around pleasant guy. I've never had a bad experience at J Prime. The entire staff are top notch. Highly recommend!
