I’ve been to restaurants that were double the price and received amazing service, but the service not even close to the level that Manny and the team provided. The whole staff made the experience so special. They were knowledgeable, gave suggestions for pairings when it came to sides and wine to compliment the meal. Service was mediocre for a high end steakhouse Steak was delicious
Second time visiting. September was rough, 14 minutes to get a drink and 47 minutes to get dinner. I caulked it up to just being opened. This time around it wasn’t much better. Restaurant is great looking but service is suffering and is substandard. Food is of high quality so I feel that they will eventually will pull it together, but how much longer will it take?
It’s was our anniversary and they were really nice to us. Thanks Jazmine our server. Big thanks to the chefs in the back. Our food was seasoned well and very delicious.
This was out first visit to J-Prime and it certainly won’t be our last. From when we pulled up to valet parking we were met with outstanding service from everyone we encountered. We really enjoyed the food and can’t wait to try out several more items from their menu. Wine list is incredible. I’m betting J-Prime will become the best steakhouse in Austin!
Amazing food and service!
Perfect place to feel pampered while enjoying a meaningful conversation with close friends
Appetizers, soup (I think lobster...) and wyagu sticks very very good. Steak meat was very good but unfortunately the steaks were not served hot as I personally like it (more warm). In addition, I ordered Chicago-Syle-Steak which my waiter did not know. Steaks were not all done as asked for that is my wife wanted medium well done but the serving was medium. Chocolate cake was huge and outstanding! Overall good experience.
Fantastic experience. Food was excellent and the service was even better. We had dinner to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday. She said she felt like royalty with how elk she was treated.
