Absolutely wonderful! Our server was so nice, prompt & knowledgeable. Dirty martinis were on point & the food was delicious. Will definitely be back

The steaks were great! We had the filet mignon and the NY strip. But above all else was the service. Hunter was our waiter and when there was a problem he very quickly addressed it. The manager, Francisco, also came by to check on us and we felt well taken care of. The service is so great at this restaurant!
Was super excited to try this steakhouse. Lobster Mac and Cheese didn’t have flavor. I felt the Brussel sprouts were way over cooked. Not the experience I had hoped for. The carrot cake and meatballs were great. The server was very attentive too!

The service and attention to detail were superb! We went for a birthday dinner & they made you feel celebrated and special with a light up balloon and dessert with sparklers. Highly recommend coming here for a great meal and experience
The service was outstanding! The food excellent! We had Caesar salad, filet mignon, Chilean sea bass and ribeye steak with bake potato, grill vegetables and mash potatoes. Everything was delicious and I can’t stop raving about the service!!!! Gabby was our server and she was wonderful and the manager kept stopping by to make sure we were all doing great! We will definitely be back and I highly recommend J-Prime!!!!
The staff here were excellent. The level of noise working the restaurant made it extremely difficult to enjoy the meal, as well as hear the server. The price was a bit high for what the experience gave. Also the entree’s don’t come with the sides. We did have to send something back because it was not prepared correctly. I read that the location has a dress code yet it clearly was not enforced. Overall I would go again just not for a totally special occasion.
Food and service was phenomenal. Would recommend to anyone in the Austin area
